Morocco Adventure 2024

£6,495.00

13 - 22 OCTOBER 2024

This is a tour that we’ve wanted to organise for several years. This isn’t a ‘Grantour’ though, this is an ‘Adventure’.

In October we will be making our way to Marbella for Day 1 of this ten day trip. This is a long tour for us, but to go all the way to Morocco and then try and squeeze everything in to five or six days would not do it justice. We also have two days in Marrakech with one full day at leisure for you to lounge by the pool or venture in to the Souk to immerse yourself in to the local culture. If you are interested in this tour, send a message because we cannot cram the 26 page brochure into this small web page!

Let’s discuss the team. Paul, our ‘Organiser’ is leading the event and will make sure you’re all happy whilst capturing the event in images and film. Next we have our ‘Expert’, Nick. What he doesn’t know, we don’t need to know! 22 years serving in the UKSF (Special Forces), he’s also run tours of Morocco many times before for private clients. The third man in the team is our ‘Fixer’ - Hassam. He’s local to Morocco and been doing driving adventures through Morocco for more than two decades. Whatever we need, he ‘fixes’. All three members of the team will have their own vehicle. These vehicles also provide rescue and towing support, should it be needed. Rest assured, you’ll be very safe on this event - we’ve made sure we have the best.

Day 1. Arrival in Marbella, unloading your vehicles from the transporter (if you transported you car here with us) and get to know your team. Of course, many of you will already know each other, but there will definitely be some new faces for this one.

Day 2. Prompt departure and head to the port for our crossing to Morocco. Getting in to the country can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours, so hopefully we’ll be lucky. Our destination is a 5-star hotel in Fes, via the incredible roads that also take in Chefchaouen.

Day 3. Our final destination today is Lake Aguelmame Sidi Ali via the Mid Atlas and the Cedar Gouraud Forest. Be sure to get some pictures with the Barbary Macaques, just make sure they don’t steal anything off your roof rack!

Day 4. Today we leave the mountains and welcome the desert - the Sahara desert - with our final destination being Erg Chebbi and a luxury camp. Sleeping under the stars rather than 5-stars tonight! Some dunes rising 150 meters, this will be a special day.

Day 5. Heading back towards the mountains, today is a mixture of desert and rocky gorges with our 5-star hotel tonight being close to Dades Valley. Lots of original Paris-Dakar routes and incredible views.

Day 6. Heading for Marrakech via Ait Benhaddou and our incredible hotel for two nights. This really is a special location, so much so that we are giving you Day 7 to explore. Maybe coffee at Bacha? Lunch at Dardar? And drinks tonight in the rooftop bar of El Fenn? It’s up to you.

Day 8. The truly incredible routes are now behind us as we start to head back for Spain, via a very beautiful stay at the beachfront hotel in Casablanca.

Day 9 we head for the post and our crossing back to Spain and our hotel in Marbella. All that there is left to do is enjoy a drink at the bar and recount the innevetible stories from this ‘Adventure’.

Day 10. Cars loaded up, it’s time to return home.
